With spices like turmeric, coriander, preserved lemon, green tahini, dehydrated harissa, and fresh green cilantro, our grilled chick’n shish kabob is a hit. Or why not try our “beef” that has been spiced with cinnamon and cumin, tahini, sumac, and fresh parsley! This kofta kabob delivers a special fusion of savory and sweet flavors.
Another option is our wild mushroom kabob with its portobello and crimini mushrooms, thyme, and pomegranate molasses. Compressed tofu adds a filling flair.
